Study Postures for Student Musicians

Not only are student musicians accumulating repetitive stress on their bodies while practicing hours each day. They also need to study, which also amounts to repetitive stress on their bodies, albeit in a different manner. Here are a few tips I find myself giving often to the student musicians I have encountered over the years.
